Healthy Milkshake

Dates, Badam, Cashew, Fig – 1/2 cup mixed

(Quaker) Oats – 1 tbs

Milk – As required

Honey or Sugar – As required

Method:

Soak Dates, Badam, Cashew and Fig for 3 hours. Make paste of it by adding little milk and add oats and Sugar while grinding. Add more milk until you get your preferred consistency.

Most of the time I don’t soak the nuts. I just chop them and make powder out of it and continue with rest of the process.
