So, every Friday there will be a recipe here which can be prepared in a jiffy or maximum of 20 minutes. Let me start with instant idly molaga podi. I can eat ‘n’ number of idlies with idly molaga podi if the idly is hot. When I run out of them, I make this and relish.

Instant Molaga Podi for Idly:

Fried Gram / Pottu kadalai

Chilli Powder



2 Garlic pods (optional)

  • Put everything in mixie jar and run it for 5 – 10 seconds. That’s all. I feel it is almost equal to normal idly podi.
